If the package is not already shipped, then we are able to change it. Send us an email on and we make sure to change it.

Is it possible to see the products before I order?
We don’t have any stores ourselves, however you are able to see NORLY products in our selected partner stores.
Otherwise you can always exchange your product if you don’t like it once received.

Is it safe to pay by creditcard on your website?
Yes. All payment information is handled encrypted by EUROLINE and will never be visible for NORLY Denmark or any other third party. You can find more on our terms & conditions.

How much is delivery cost?
Denmark (below 499 DKK) - 25 DKK (3,5 euro)
Denmark (above 499 DKK) - Free
All other countries listed above (below 80 euro): 7 euro.
All other countries listed above (above 80 euro): Free

Is the product exchangeable if it is for a present?
Of course. You automatically have a 30 days return from receiving date. If that is not enough you can write us to have it extended.

Do you make gift certificates?
Yes. We both do electronically and physic gift certificates. Contact us on and we will find a solution that works for you.

My package has not yet arrived, what do I do?
Haven’t you received your package on time, then please do the following:

- Once again check your mailbox, is there a note from the postoffice.
- Contact your local postoffice if the package is waiting for you.
- Is the address you entered in the order correct?

If none of above 3 help, then send us an email on and we will help solve the problem.
We will always make sure you get your package.

I wish to exchange / return a product, what do I do?
We are never satisfied before you are, we solve every problem with a smile.

Right to return:
Are you not happy about your NORLY product once received then you have the possibility to return it before 14 days (from day you receive it).

If you wish to return a product, please:
1. Send us an email on or use our contact sheet.
2. Please specify is you wish to have another Norly product instead of your money transferred back.
3. Remember to include your email of order confirmation you received on order placement.

If you experience a problem with your NORLY product you can return it up until 2 years from the purchase date.

A warranty service can be used if a product had a mistake once it was received.

If you want to use your warranty please send us an email on stating the following:
- A description of the problem.
- If you want to have your NORLY product exchanged for a new or money refund.
- Your order confirmation email you received on order placement.
- Pictures of the problem.

And we will solve your case best possible.

Problems caused by un-cautious use are not refundable or exchangeable

Where are your products being produced:
We produce our products mainly in Turkey, Italy and a little in China (ties).
All suppliers to NORLY Denmark have to live up to our code of conduct and chemical restrictions which are following REACH.
